Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

General Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at pureromancebyjacquelyn@gmail.com. Returns must be approved in advance and sent to the return address provided. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Adult Products (Warranty & Safety Policy)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of adult novelty items, all sales are final. For customer safety, we do not accept returns once a product has shipped.

However, all adult products come with a 30-day limited warranty:

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within 30 days of purchase, please contact us within that time frame.

  • Photo or video proof may be required.

  • If approved, we will provide an exchange for the same product or a product of equal value.

⚠️ Please note: Returns or refunds are not available for adult products beyond the 30-day warranty period.

All Other Products

Eligible for our standard 30-day return policy, provided they meet the general return conditions above.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • BeWitching by Jacquelyn Wynter products: All magical, spiritual, and intention-based products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    • Disclaimer: Results are not guaranteed. Magical items are tools to aid in your spiritual practice. Effectiveness depends on your personal intention, focus, and patience. We cannot be held responsible if a product does not “work” as expected.

  • Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to request a return (if eligible) and, once approved, place a new order. For adult products under warranty, exchanges will be processed for the same item or one of equal value only.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
