  • We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, but product colors, shapes, or packaging may differ from what appears on your screen.

  • Adult Products: All adult novelty items are sold strictly as novelty items. They are not medical devices and should not be relied upon for medical or therapeutic purposes. Use is at your own discretion and risk.

  • Magical & Spiritual Products: Items sold under Bewitching by Jacquelyn Wynter are intended as spiritual tools. No guarantee is made as to their effectiveness. Results vary and depend on personal intention, belief, and patience.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or limit products at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Placing an order is considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and confirmed.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders may be canceled or modified only before processing begins. After processing, cancellations may not be possible.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

  • Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and electronic payments as listed at checkout. We do not accept checks, money orders, or mailed cash.

  • By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. International orders are not available due to tariffs and restrictions.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping is estimated between 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Most products are shipped from the warehouse to us first. Once received, we carefully package your order and include a thank-you card before forwarding it to you.

  • Flat rate shipping of $8 applies to in-home party orders. All online orders are shipped based on total weight.

  • All packages are shipped discreetly for your privacy.

  • Once items are transferred to the carrier (USPS or UPS), risk of loss passes to the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or events outside of our control.

SECTION 6 - IN-HOME PARTIES

We proudly host in-home parties in Colorado and Texas. These events are designed to create a safe, empowering, and educational environment for women.

  • Eligibility: In-home parties are strictly for adult women age 18 and older.

  • Exceptions: Occasionally, co-ed parties may be offered, but only at the host’s request and limited to couples only. This rule is in place for the comfort and safety of all guests.

  • Safety: We reserve the right to deny service or end a party if safety, respect, or event guidelines are not followed.

  • Purchases at Parties: All purchases made at in-home parties are subject to the same Refund & Return Policy and these Terms of Service.

  • Host Responsibilities: The host must provide a safe environment for guests and the consultant.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, names, product descriptions, images, videos, and designs, is the property of Good Vibes with Jacquelyn Wynter or its licensors and is protected by law. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided access to third-party tools or apps through our Services. These tools are offered “as is” without warranties. Your use is at your own risk.

Good Vibes with Jacquelyn Wynter is powered by Shopify. All transactions are between you and Good Vibes with Jacquelyn Wynter directly. Shopify is not responsible for sales, refunds, or product issues.
